New services purchased for the first time are eligible for a full refund if requested within 3 days of the initial order. This gives you time to test the service before committing long-term.
The money-back guarantee applies only to a customer's first order of a given service. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and repeat purchases after a previous refund are not covered.
The following are non-refundable at any time: domain name registrations, setup or configuration fees, custom/dedicated hardware, and any service that has already been substantially used (e.g. heavy bandwidth or resource usage inconsistent with normal evaluation).
Refunds will not be issued for services suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.
Open a support ticket from your client area within the eligible window, including your order ID and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — we're happy to resolve billing issues directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
